@miaomiao199612 This worked fine, and sorry for the late reply. I wanted to ask someone else to take a look because I wasn't sure what I was seeing.
First of all, please look for a BIOS update on the support website for your laptop. I can't find your specific model's driver download page, but you can try inputting your info here:
http://en.haseecomputer.com/Server/download.html
or on the Chinese-language version of the site. Your BIOS version is 1.07.06THZX, so if you find anything newer than that, please install it and restart your computer, then test. When testing, please also disconnect all devices and peripherals that aren't absolutely essential, so really everything; you can start adding them back later, once this issue is resolved. It might not be convenient to play while using the trackpad and the laptop's built-in speakers, but it's more thorough than assuming your mouse and headphones are fine.
I'd also like to know whether you have any crashes while playing in fullscreen mode. I know that windowed mode fixed the other issue, but it's worth testing.
If that doesn't help, or you don't find a BIOS update, please install the other drivers listed on the site. For everything except the graphics drivers, you can just download the installers and run them. For the graphics drivers, please do a clean uninstall of your current ones before installing the versions on the site. Here's how:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html
The order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > install the new Intel driver > restart > install the new Nvidia driver > restart.
Here again, test with no connected devices and in both fullscreen and windowed modes. Let me know how it goes.
