Re: Epic Games Free Bundle Pack Issue/Multiple Sims 4 Folders App Changes

@bundyautum535  You're supposed to have two distinct "The Sims 4" folders.  One holds the game's user data—saves, saved household and builds, mods, etc.—and is always located inn Documents > Electronic Arts.  Folders for your installed packs should never be here.

The other folder holds the game's program files, and this folder is located wherever you told the EA App, or Origin, or the Epic launcher, to install it.  For example:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4

This Sims 4 folder should contain one folder per pack you've installed.  No pack folders inside "The Sims 4" means no packs are installed.  The Delta folder inside this contains data from patches, not data for the actual packs themselves, so it won't accomplish anything to move or copy these folders elsewhere.

Do your packs currently show as owned in the EA App?   If so, can you download them through Manage > Manage Add-ons?  Please also let me know what file path the EA App is reading for the game.  Open Manage > View properties and you'll see it there:
