OneDrive somehow got itself reconnected to my account after it had been disconnected for almost a year. All of my Sims files (from 3 and 4) were put onto the drive. I restarted both games to generate a new folder for each of them, but what is the fastest/easiest way to get my saves, mods, cc, worlds, etc... back so I don't have to re-download everything?
Please ELI5, I'm not very computer savvy. :(

You don't need to make a backup of the user data if you already have one.
If there's a part of this you don't understand, please let me know what about it is unclear, and I can try to explain further. But the guide in general is written for people who don't know much about computers.
