Re: DLC download error
Heya, it seems to be an ongoing issue. I’m not sure how quickly EA is working to resolve this. Some people have found fixes that work for them and others have not.

I don't understand how EA is pushing sales and the Horse expansion coming out but won't fix technical issues. It's almost been a month since I've gotten my case "In Progress" and Werewolves is still not downloading at all. I just want to enjoy The Sims 4.
I understand EA is possibly working things on their end but at least give us Sims players answers and updates about the EA app issue.
