Game crashing

I tried posting but it got removed and I do not know why...

So I'm trying again: Game crashing: error 0xc0000005 (memory access violation)

DX11 crashes: Event Viewer shows faulting module python37_x64.dll

DX9 crashes: Event Viewer shows faulting module ntdll.dll

What I've tried:

Removed all mods/cleared cache/repaired game
Fresh EA folder and full reinstall of the game
Updated BIOS, chipset, MEI, GPU, and audio drivers (all current)
Disabled Turbo Boost via Windows power plan
Limited CPU affinity to P-cores only (via Process Lasso)
Tested both DX11 and DX9 — both crash
Crashes occur regardless of settings (windowed/borderless/fullscreen)
