I come here to expose a problem with the pre-ordered of The Sims 4 Growing Together which is scheduled for release on March 16. Looking on the EA app to see the time of the expansion is available in Manage / Manage additional content / Downloadable expansions, I realized that the expansion was available for download on April 28, 2023 at 1 p.m.!!! Am I the only person having this problem? Hoping that this will be fixed before the expansion is released. THANKS !

Same here -- except I KNOW I've seen it show that it was going to be available in March on my "manage add-ons" screen on EA, which makes this even more frustrating.
It changed about 2 days ago; I was downloading another kit, and when I went to the "manage add-ons" tab, I noticed the download date for my Growing Together preorder had inexplicably changed to April 28th at 1PM.
I am NOT thrilled, and NOT happy that I haven't seen any response to this from the Sims team or EA or anyone, despite seeing others on Twitter mention the same issue -__-
Only thing I can think of on my end is that my game has been buggy AF despite playing it with no CC and only MCCC installed, so I removed the mods from my folder and ran "repair" from the EA app... I can't think of why *exactly* that would have caused the date change/"new" flag, but it's literally the only thing I *can* think of on my end that could have done anything. I mean, I keep hoping it's just a temporary "oops" and won't actually affect my/our ability to download and play on March 16, but unfortunately I also realize it's totally possible that it's something more serious >_<

@gbrig Yes, same for me. My email confirmation says March 16th. But on my EA portal, the date is April 28, 2023 at 10am. I contacted EA and was told to report it here. And basically "hope" it downloads on the 16th.

@gbrig @Player_9mnmja3c and @TheSpaniard164 I've flagged this issue, and hopefully someone from EA will be able to clarify. In the interim, all I can say is I haven't pre-ordered and the release date still says March 16 for me, so I would guess this is just a glitch.

I think it has to do with that is the last day you get the free outdoor play stuff for early purchase. It does look weird though.

I pre-order the Sims 4 Growing together,when I click on manage add-ons the download dat has changed from march 17 to April 29th why ?

I preorder the sims growing together on the 3rd and and now It’s telling me I need to pay preorder again

Hi @UnhandyArc74,

I wouldn't trust that until the issues we're currently seeing on EA app connectivity are resolved.

I have a strong feeling after everything is back up you'll see your preorder correctly.
