i use the one that comes on windows10 and malwarebytes. the dxdiag is attached.

@clearios  Please make sure Controlled Folder Access is either disabled or has exceptions set for Sims 4 and the EA App.

If it already has exceptions set, it's worth disabling CFA entirely just to see whether it makes a difference.

The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.  Disable the rest as described.  When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background services list shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be active.  If you accidentally kill the wrong process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Your dxdiag lists a number of crashes of a component of Bonjour, some Apple network setup software ported over to Windows.  I don't think it's likely that this is related to the Sims 4 crashes, but it's worth mentioning just for the frequency of the errors, and you may want to uninstall and reinstall (or not) the software.

ive followed your steps and deleted bonjour as well. still getting the error.
