Over a year ago I ordered the Snowy Escape expansion, which was on sale. To this day I have not been able to play the Snowy Escape because it's not installed. I get this message: World not installed. When this pack has finished downloading, restart The Sims 4 to install it. But I can't find the download and I have emailed EA many times, but nothing has changed.
dyphillips Does the EA App think you own Snowy Escape, and if so, is it listed as installed? Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and look for SE on the list. Let me know what you find.
If SE is listed as installed, run a search for it on your computer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP10 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, which can take a few minutes. When it's done, expand the window sideways so you can see the full path to each result. (The search should turn up at least one result, so if you see nothing, it's not finished.) Click Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the window to take a screenshot, then attach that to a reply here.
hey! i know this is kinda late but im dealing with the same issue but what you've said so far is whats gotten me closest to solving my problem (aka the OP's problem, im having the same one)

dyphillips Are you missing Snowy Escape or a different pack? Where did you buy the missing pack? And please also make sure you're showing the entire list of results in your search. If what you've posted is everything the search found for EP10, then the pack isn't installed at all.
