@c5a46b4f90a64351 I just bought an hp omnibook snapdragon and was told it was capable of running the sims, now I'm just sad because that isn't the case.

Can you try enabling DX11 on the game and seeing if that makes the issue go away?

We're currently investigating an observed hard freeze that can occur if running The Sims 4 on the Snapdragon X Elite 64bit ARM CPU while running on DirectX 9.
While we investigate, I would encourage you to follow the steps here on enabling DirectX 11 and let us know if that resolves the issue for you.Thanks!
