@Luvleyy First, what's in the Electronic Arts - Copy folder in the first screenshot? It's possible that your saves and other Sims 3 content are there. In that case, please copy that content to an external drive or USB stick, if you have one; otherwise, the Downloads folder on your computer should work. If your content isn't in that folder, copy the Mods and saves folders from your second screenshot.
If you still can't find your saves, please stop here, and search your computer. In a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, then enter Slot_ in the search field in the upper-right corner. Here again, make a copy of any saves you find.
Once you've found your saves and preserved them and anything else you want to keep, please do these steps, in order. First, pause OneDrive syncing and cancel the current sync:
Next, change the location of Documents on your computer to C:\Users\your username\Documents ; note that OneDrive is NOT in that file path. Here's how to do it:

Finally, unlink OneDrive, which disables it without uninstalling:
You can still download your files from onedrive.com if you ever have a reason.
Once you've done all this, load Sims 4 and make sure it's using the new location of Documents, i.e. the one you specified above. Here's how to check:

If it is, you can move the saves and other content you backed up to the new folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and it should all show up again.
