Graphics Card Issue

So I have tried everything that has been suggested when I look up "Graphics Card not found Sims4". The thread I found was over 5 years old. The solution mentioned in the post was to go into (Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin). Unfortunately I cannot find the location of this file. I have not changed the file location default so I am unsure where exactly this particular file is located. As I continued to search for things to try I came across someone else with the same issue and graphics card as me, they fixed their issue and posted their solution. I tried the solution and it still didn't fix my issue. When I go into the config file it says it cannot find the driver but it is supported.

 Before I had this issue I moved some of my old files from a different laptop to my current one. I have since removed the files I had moved and it still has not fixed my issue. I also have repaired the game several times and even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I will attach the dxdiag file as well.

    Meh_Teddy_Bear​  What issue are you seeing?  The Config file showing Found: 0 means the GPU's device ID isn't in the database.  The "unsupported video card" isn't a problem in that it won't cause any actual negative consequences.  If you're getting a different error though, let me know.

    It was telling me the graphics card was not recognized. I believed I fixed the issue after I uninstalled from settings instead of from EA.

    Meh_Teddy_Bear​  You're only supposed to see the "unrecognized video card" error once, or rather, one time per Options.ini file, which stores the flag that you've already seen the error.  If you delete Options.ini, or you refresh your user folder, then you'll see the error again.  But the fact that it's gone doesn't mean your GPU is recognized now.

    On the other hand, if Config.log says it's recognized, then that's that.
