hi everyone so i redeemed a code for growing together a few hours ago redeemed fine at fist , i got home hours later getting r to play it or install it whatever but nothing , all my other packs are working , but it keeps telling me i need to buy growing together , if i try to re redeem the code it comes up showing the pack and says code accepted followed by this code has already been redeemed

Please clear the cache for the EA app using these steps. If you're still not seeing Growing Together available in your EA app library to download, please let me know where you've purchased your code from.
sorry it was my fault i thought i was signed into my sims account email but i was signed into my fifa email account and redeemed it on the wrong email , but thankyou for taking the time to help
