Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 already running

when i try to start up the game via the EA app or the desktop shortcut it will not open. I do not have mods because I recently got a new laptop. It has worked since getting this laptop but is now refusing to start up :( I get this message when I try to  start it up (see attachment). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I have so many of the expansion/game/stuff packs that I really do not want to have to do that all again. Any advice?

    Ok I have no idea what I have done but i was playing around with the settings on my onedrive and my game suddenly booted up without me even clicking play and its suddenly fixed so...
