Re: Sims 4 won't launch

@NienkeStark  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.   (Your saves and other user content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a  bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Thank you so much for trying to help. I tried what you said. The first couple of times sims 4 didn't launch again. But eventually it opened and today it did aswell. I made a new game and played a little and it works. I saved is, closed the game and later on I started it aswell and it started fine.

I would love to hear the next steps I need to take. Thank you again!

If i need to make the dixdag aswell, just to be sure, I'd love to hear that aswell.

    Kind regards.

@NienkeStark  Since Sims 4 didn't load the first time you moved the user folder, I'd definitely like to look over a dxdiag.  Please also let me know what antivirus you use, if any; and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never deliberately use it.
