@kaisho65  What graphics settings are you using?  In particular, if you've enabled laptop mode, try disabling it.  Quit and restart the game afterwards.

If that doesn't help, let me know whether you use mods or custom content, and if you do, test without them, as in, remove the Mods folder entirely.  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
