@coolcookies21 Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts and move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop. This will remove any mods as well as other potentially corrupt user data. It'll also remove your saves, but you can put those back later. For now, please just try to launch the game and let me know whether it works.
If you get an error when trying to move the folder, or if the folder just copies rather than moving, please let me know.
If the game still won't start, please let me know what antivirus you use, and also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
