Re: Crashing when exiting CAS

@nanichan3  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows a particular type of Sims 4 crash that's often related to ReShade or GShade, at least at the moment.  So if you use either of these, please remove it and repair the game (EA App game library > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).

For the sake of research, I would also like a lastcrash file, if you have one.  It would be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and you can upload just the last one IF it corresponds to this current slate of crashes.  Please check the date on the file to make sure.  You can attach it to a post as you did with your dxdiag.

If you don't use ReShade/GShade, or removing it doesn't help, please uninstall any Razer apps you happen to have.  If that doesn't help either, let me know.

Hi! I uninstalled GShade and that looks like it fixed the issue, thanks a lot! Tried looking for the lastcrash file but couldn't find it, but if you don't need it anymore then thanks again 🙂

I found out you can still use it, when reinstalling it make sure to pick direct x11 instead of x9 during the download and it works the same, guess they changed something I dont know the details, I'm no expert haha but that worked for me when reinstalling it.
