This happens when I load any save. And it happens when I create a new household in a newly created save. I can’t load up any previous saves because of this issue so I’m not able to create new households in previous saves.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post Here it is!
@ppdestroyer42069 Your dxdiag shows a few Sims 4 crashes due to breakpoint errors, which have multiple causes. One is an outdated or incompatible graphics driver, and yours is from 2020, but Microsoft unfortunately doesn't offer a newer driver for your laptop. So hopefully the problem is elsewhere.
Another cause of a breakpoint error is Sims 4 running out of memory. To test this theory, and the possibility of conflicting software, please try playing in a clean boot:
The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run. Disable the rest as described.
When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running—any number of apps might still be enabled. If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window. The idea here isn't that you'd necessarily need to play like this going forward, only that the result is useful information either way.
If you get another crash, please look for a related crash dump. Click Windows key-R and copy and paste this:
%LocalAppData%\CrashDumps
When you enter, you'll see a list of .dmp files. If one of them is from Sims 4 or the EA App, please upload it to a third-party filehosting site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and link it here. If you see a crash dump that was written at exactly the time the game crashed, I'd like that too. But in either case, please only upload files from when you were playing in a clean boot.
