its piti that those who use theese things dont get insta kicked from servers.
Preventing hacks are an ongoing process of Arms race, the company updates there
prevention and detection software and the coders of the hacks have
to find a way to bypass it.
Making the hacks themselfs is a rather simple process of
getting resource strings from memory, I.E Recoil, bullet spread
etc.
Ounce the they make a bypass for the anti cheat it's then
coded into the hack and compiled into a .dll file that can be
injected into the games EXE apon start.
Thats a simple breakdown of how they do it and the uphill
battle that all game developers face.
