It is strong and it is getting hit with the nerf bat soon. Its up on the trello board posted by the devs that it will be getting looked at.
Im all for new weapons and I dont mind the hitscan, or the lack of bullet drop since it is technically a laser. But when you can sit at the opposite side of a map and pin a team down because of the damage it does alone. Theres an issue. And it's a sniper so i get it, but its not just a sniper gun. You can use that thing close range/mid range/long range and destroy people. And it basically makes the other sniper riffles obsolete since its so strong at all ranges with good damage.
I'll be so happy when it gets adjusted because its ridiculous how powerful this weapon is and the fact that it spawns anywhere means there's several squads running with it at all times.
If they dont want to nerf or adjust the weapon itself then they need to make it spawn only with care packages.
