Hello
My PlayStation 4 account was hacked for about 4 days, luckily I was able to get it back via security questions on the phone to Sony. I then logged in to check if any of my games had been tampered with. Eventually, I logged into Apex to see my account had been blocked from this product. I have been relentlessly trying to contact EA or an appeal but I keep getting ignored. I've effectively been banned for a whole season for absolutely no reason. I've missed out on all the opportunities to buy skins or even the battle pass. Please can you send this incident to the Terms Of Services team as they don't reply to me directly. This is a frustrating situation to be in and I hope I can finally get my account back.
