In game, account bugs claiming Twitch skins. Black Blocked Banners

Good Morning so ever since the neeew update the OLD ways came out the game has beeen super buggy and its completely killeed my apex experience... and i played this daily. 1st leet me start with my banners not working for any character big black block on the way for me and everyone. And now I claimed my Twitch Prime Wraith and it completely dissapeared and I never received my reward. Please APEX fix this soon my name is Tiza_Palace in game.

@Tiza_Palace Hi, the black banner thing has a temporary workaround, to change your AA settings (for example enable TSAA) but it's a known issue.

For the Wraith skin, did it appear then disappear, or did it never show on your account? Does the content show as claimed on your Twitch account?

Hey good day david, the wraith skin never showed in game said I claimed it on twitch then I checked and nothing at all. And it says its already been claimed now.

Hi, can you check at the bottom of your rare skins, as shown here? Sometimes the red dot might show up, and sometimes it's easy to miss these skins.

@Tiza_Palace I tried to post a picture of how it says claimed but I checked slowly through the skins and theres nothing.

After you claimed it, the skin will show up after you login for 1st time, since it will load your updated profile from the server.
If your game is runnning while you claiming it, it won't show up, the server doesn't push the update to client.
You have to close and reopen apps, or simply restart your PC/console.

I have the same problem for a while. is there any ways to fix this. I can't stream because of this. please fix this soon. thank you!
