Re: I didn't get any point in my ranked games after #1 and #2

@thyyyb I believe this is just a delay in your numbers being updated, but you do get the points, you just can't see it at the moment. I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that's what was going on the last time this type of thing happened.

@DarthValtrex I dont think so. I was thinking that when it happened last time but the points did not get added 100% sure (It happened when I was stuck plat4 and every points was important for me to get in plat 3 so I saw instantly that the point was not added and I'm sure I did not get them later as I was waiting for them).

Since yesterday (after 24h+), the points are still not added - I have 2892. After these games, I restarted Apex (with logout/login from Origin) and the next games got counted (-24 / +6 / +6 => 2892) but I should get approx. 300 RP more with those 2 games described in last post.

I'm not hoping to get these points back as it seems lost but I posted it here in the hope someone fix the problem to not get this bug again later 🙂

@thyyyb Hmm make a bug report and if you have any clips of it (not just screen shots) please share them. Are you getting the RP now?!

@DarthValtrexI just got the bug again ... It was not so much points like top 8 with 2 kills / 1 assist (something like 30-40 points),
it went from squad kills (with the 3 character side by side and damage / kills etc.) to home page without going by ranked points screen (which should show kill / assist and rank multiplicator to compute points). This bug occurs rarely, i made something like 10-15 games today, and only one game points was not counted. I played only ranked all night so I have not changed queue or I dont know. I have the same number of points than before the game and I'm sure I won't get any points for this game in the future...
I don't record my games unfortunately :/ and as it occurs rarely, I dont want to record all games in the hope to have the bug again

@thyyyb Make the report here, anytime you get issues like this or any in game bug, try and get a clip of it. The clips can be very helpful to the community helping figure out what's going on.

Funny how EA hasnt come up with an answer to this problem thats been going on a year+.

@OMGThIsHard it's cause EA doesn't really care about this game enough to actually fix the issues.
