False bans and no explanation
I have been playing Apex off and on since release and have never once added anything to or enhanced my gameplay besides working on movement when I haven't played for a season or 2. I got a ban recently out if no where and every appeal seems like a bot just replying via email. I need an explanation for whatever violation I have on my account. I promise I have never cheated or played with anyone that cheats. Not that I know of atleast. I just need to talk to a real person about this so I can prove I am not and have never cheated or harassed anyone on this game. I just want my og account back. Please

unfortunately, we cannot help with ban appeals here in the forum. When creating a ban appeal, a member of the Terms of Services team picks up the case and checks your account - not a bot.
You can try appealing again, but if it's been rejected several times already, it's unlikely to change at this point.
You can find the reason for your ban in your penalty history, as well as in the e-mail that was send to you when you got the ban.
