My account was hack and now EA want to banned my account?
A fee weeks ago my origin account was hack which there is someone who hack my account and play Fifa 21. I got and email says that the player was cheating in the game and now i got banned for my entire life for something i didnt do?
Today I got an email said that I break the rules on sales agreement and my account will be permanently close. Like seriously? I even change my password account now out of nowhere my Account will be close? I dont even buy a game yet and I already break the rules? Wow! Then whats gonna happened to all my games that i purchase directly from your platform? Im gonna lose my money just like that?
I paid for my games, i dont do cheating and stuff. This is not how it should be? I was like your loyal customers but it ended up this way.

If your account was hacked and used for any activity that violates our User Agreement, it may be banned to prevent whoever got into the account from continuing that behavior.
You'll want to go through the steps below to make sure you've re-secured your account before we can look into restoring access for you.
