Maybe too many players complained that landing punches required too much accuracy?
I do not know why it is this way, but I have definitely noticed that punches range is significantly longer.

@VdstrkK so luckily it’s not just me... I started noticing around midpoint last season. At first I just thought it had something to do with the server and ppl far away connecting in with me and punching me... but it kept happening... especially characters with heirlooms have a larger lunge it seemed...
But then I tried it and I can just see the lunge as well...

@MandatoryIDtagit is but I don’t use it often enough to really notice. Since season 5 or so I’ve had the melee assist turned off cause it annoyed me...@DoYaSeeMe That was exactly my thinking but the fish eye effect isn’t the problem. It’s actually seeing them seemingly lunging at me. I have clips which I’ll post in vid thread... maybe later on... maybe next week xD. Heck I still have the one from mid season 8 which I was too lazy to post xD
