I was banned in my account and i don´t know why i was banned can you say to me why i was banned ?

@EA_Aljo  Hey, I was just in EA support because my EA account was compromised and I logged into Apex to find that my account is banned. There is also Progress in Season 10 but I didn't have a pc to even play during Season 9 or Season 10. Is there a way I can talk to someone or start and investigation to get my account back. I've spent idk how much money on Apex but a decent amount. I also have 717 hours on Apex according to Origin. 

The Image I attached is what the Ban message looks like and only pops up once I try to que for a game.

I was banned back in May when your EA's system was glitched and banned a bunch of players randomly.  I didn't care much at that time and I assumed that EA fixed that situation by now.  Now that I am trying to get into Apex again my account is still banned from that fiasco and when I fill out the email form and start a case with all the proof I have, EA just tells me to reset my password.  Now you could say to start another case and I did!  They just told me to reset my password AGAIN rather than help me with my actual issue.  Any idea what else I can do rather than just send another case to be sent the same unhelpful instructions?

I took a look at your account. Talking to an advisor should get this resolved. Resetting your password is part of the process for your case so make sure you do that when you're working with the advisor. A case can be opened here.

Hi, I was banned some time ago for no reason, I realised when I logged in after a few years to play again, after not played the game for years. I tried disputing but was unable to load the page for accessing the ban form. I tried to dispute again as my friends started playing again, and I wanted to join them. I still am unable to load the page. I checked my account and downloaded my data to find a lot of login requests from across the globe. Please help, I only play from Singapore and I got banned for no reason. I have since changed my password and added 2fa, so probably other hackers won't be able to log in to my account anymore. I still cannot access the chat support page, so please help with my situation. Thanks!

i have been banned on my account and irl if it was a perm ban or not but i have a friend who played about a week back and i don’t know if he had said something bad but i have been banned for inappropriate language and i would like to know what language was used and if there is a way to restore or undo my ban for the reasoning of this not being what i would say a “legit” ban knowing that it wasn’t even me 

Hi, i haven't played the game for the past week. I went in match yesterday and everything was good. and kept playing normally. 

3rd game i got kicked from the middle of the match saying, The client's game account has been banned: Banned. 

I was so confused like wtf? what did i do to get banned!!?!?! 

after clicking i got another message saying error code: Snake ?! wtf is even that 

I did message and send like 3 appeal requests with all information that needed, but yet no answers have been provided 

Infact when i checked the banned history it says nothing about this banned at all, Just an old Chat banned. So basically got banned out of no where

and now i can't even play the game

i have around 2k hours at least in the game and i have spent so much playing it and now got banned randomly?

I got banned today and The * says i was caught by cheating with coins however at that time off period I wasn’t even using my account! Someone break in  to it hacked and use done stuff  on it! All it happened I got a message from a bot discord with some kinda links I pressed one like I would’t know what the heck is that til now because off that sheet I got my account hacked and then Fifa  accused me of cheating with the transfer market when it wasn’t me. I’ve also checked my bank history and it says there is nothing there. I just want to try get this sorted since I payed £90 for this game and now can’t even use it properly, which is sad.

He, my transfer Mark has been permanent ban’t and i didn’t do nothing, plz unban my accound, i didnt do enything and i been ban’t🥺

Hola no hace nada estaba jugando Apex Legends y automaticamente me bannean sin yo hacer nada soy level 12 con una cuenta nueva porque la mia tuvo problemas y aun no le han dado solucion y entonces esta se me bannea sola sin hacer nada malo????? Me podrian decir que tengo que hacer haber si recibo alguna respuesta porque no es posible que haya echo nada en el historial no tengo nada tampoco ni denuncias ni nada 

Hola quisiera saber si yo copiandole el juego a un amigo mio ya con mi PC banneada por Hadware a el no lo bannean???? o tienen que descargar el juego completo primero
