@Koochi-Q Loba is not a common thief. She's a high class burglar like Sean Connery (RIP) in Entrapment, or Pierce Brosnan in The Thomas Crown Affair, or Carmen San Diego! She may have started out as a lowly pick pocket, but evolved to an elite thief. She def doesn't do crack. Nor does Mirage @KelRiever lol!

If anyone does or has done crack it's Rampart, & probably Wraith to deal with them damn voices in her head! And obviously Octane.
