@khanguwu Hi there, innocent person! First of all, let me say how sorry all of us here are to hear about your ban. The number of people getting hacked and banned is overwhelming, like 99.9% of all bans or something. EA is terrible.

Unfortunately, there's nothing any of us can do on the forums. You will have to resolve the matter with the terms of service team. We all wish we could help, but we can't.
