Create child account

I tried creating a child account with https://help.ea.com/jp/help/account/set-up-child-ea-account.

But I could not do it.

Why could not I active the creating button?

I tried the followings.

 4. Enter the email address from your own EA Account in the Parent's or Guardian’s email address field.

  => I puts my parent's email address.

 And I put password and public ID.

But the creating button was ignored.

There was the message such as " the email has already existed".

    Not sure what you mean, I suggest you create a proper gmail account for your child that he/she can use for gaming accounts. I been doing parental setup in every game my daughter plays and having a proper email  that you can access until he/she gets old enough to administer it is a good move. For the origin account you can decide how much they can use and so on but they have their own launcher and installation of things. If all this run on the same computer it might be smart to run from origin for one account and ea desktop for the other to make it easier to handle, if you have two pcs i suggest using origin as some of the games dont work very well with ea desktop yet, especially the coop games. I'm guessing you're doing this to play  together :D

    1 of two reasons.

    1) that email been used to register an account earlier (the account email) so you cant register another account on that email.

    2) childs age is too young to get registered.

    I suspect nr 1. Remember if your main account use an email, you cannot create another account (read child account) on the same email, you need to have an email not used before.

  • Thanks for your message.

    1. is correct.

    I will try again after creating a new email address for my child.

    Is it correct that the new email address is controlled by me(parent) ?
