Sorry to hear what happened to your account.
Good to hear that you changed your password, that is a great start. You should also enable 2 Factor Id for the game and also think about changing the password for the associated e-mail and also enabling to factor id for the e-mail as well.
I think you should contact an EA advisor through EA help in order to get your account secured and then contact the ToS team about getting the ban lifted with the info you get from the advisor.
