Re: PS4 or PS5 version?

Despite the so called 'next gen upgrade' promised graphically there isn't much of a difference between the PS4 & PS5 versions to call it that tbh.I think it comes down to which controller you prefer to play Apex with the PS4 or the PS5 one,I generally find the PS5 both a little heavy & clunky but can at times be a little over-sensitive &I  have completely different control settings on the PS4 & PS5.That being said I prefer playing Apex on the PS5 though but my 2 nephews prefer the PS4 version as the controller is lighter to play with.

Regarding the old melee hit whilst shooting thing with the PS5 controller it happens to me quite often annoyingly & I think it's always been bug in the game. PS5 controllers despite the hefty price tag just don't have a long shelf life when used frequently & just feel shoddily made.It took about 4 months before a brand new official PS5 controller I bought developed terrible stick drift & was completely unusable.I went through 10 PS4 controllers where either the triggers buttons broke or joysticks developed stick drift &so  I just can't believe how poorly made both PS4 & PS5 controllers are.I still have in possession the original PS1 & PS2 with controllers which are as robust as anything & still work perfectly.
