How do you unlock Revenant?

I thought that by finishing all 4 challenges you could unlock revenant for free.  I finished one of them and all it did was change to an even higher number (500 meters for pounce is now 2,000) and it still says 0/4 for completions.  The other 3 challenges are already near impossible to complete in 11 weeks, to me the damage number already seems like 4 years worth of damage and you have 11 weeks to do it, does that number go up too?

I don't understand this contest.  If the goal post keeps getting moved, you can never unlock Revenant.  I must be misunderstanding these challenges.

I had considered getting some good players I have talked to to help me get the 5 kills (I've only gotten 3 kills, 2 wins since starting play 3 months ago, and 2 kills in team death match but they don't count that in your kill rate) so for me it's rare to be able to kill another player.  I'm hoping I'm just misunderstanding how to unlock Revenant and its easier than this since he really isn't better than the other legends,  I more just wanted him because I like variety and to try different things in the matches.
