They removed the ability to chain configs with the +exec command, meaning that players cannot make scripts to neo-strafe, superglide and stuff like that.
Tapstrafing would still be possible via a config as far I'm aware, but it's also important to keep in mind that it's possible to tapstrafe without the use of a config by binding the forward key and jump key to a scroll wheel.
