Randomly banned. Please help.
Hello, my account was banned in January 2024 and it does not even tell me why.
the email associated with the account is one I did not make, I believe an EA game gave it to me, as it’s a “dropmail.me” type of email.
I am able to log into the EA account through my xbox info.
I am just frustrated that I can’t change the email, and that I have no idea why the account was banned and I had not been active on apex.
Only thing my bans say is that it’s due to violation of terms….
please help
