• You add the games to Origin and play them at least once.
• You can enter them on the Battlefield Bad Company 2 website once you are logged in (http://www.battlefieldbadcompany2.com/veteran).
• You make sure the EA personas you played the old games with are linked to your EA / Origin account.
• If all this fails you can use the long process and contact an EA Advisor by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
  You will have to fill out product, category and platform first. If live chat does not appear, it might be closed in your area at the moment and you might consider changing it to "United States" in the language selector in the bottom for a better result.
