do i have to wait a few hours or days for this to happen because i just signed up for battlefield heroes and i dont have veteran status

Signing up is not enough, you actually have to play the game a little as well. Remember to use the same account as the one you use BF3 for.

Please accept solutions if they are correct and press the XP button if somebody helped you. This way you help others in the same situation.

Is this really true? If its not too much to ask, can you post a link verifying your claim of obtaining veteran by just playing one of these games, or at least some kind of proof from someone or something?

I can confirm that playing one of the two free to play Battlefield games that were linked above will increase your veteran status by 1 each 🙂

Jump into a game with your Origin account, then log into Battlelog again (log out and back in) and it should recognize that you've played another Battlefield game, which will then display a badge on your profile page and unlock the M1911 for your soldiers.

Yes, installation of the game and signing up is not enough, you must play a round of the game to be a veteran.

What level do you have to reach on bf heroes to unlock the pistol to bf3?
