@Sangye77 Can you please link your Battlelog profile? Perhaps you have few accounts and logged to the wrong.

ive only got one account n its the only one ive been logged into n i still do not have my level back.@Sangye77 Thanks for the link!
As I understand you just mixed up Rank 45 and Colonel 45, different things. I checked your DogTags and you have just a Colonel rank. So, my conclusion is you just mixed up ranks, otherwise, Colonel Service Star 5, Colonel Service Star 10, Colonel Service Star 25 dog tags should be unlocked for you, but they are not.

There has to be a stat sync issue because Battlelog shows that you are still at rank 45 which pulls directly from the DICE Stat server. If you really lost your rank Battlelog would also be reset. I recommend to do a hard reset of your PS3 by holding the power button until it shuts off and restart your router. Then log back into your PSN account and start up BF3 to see if your profile properly syncs with the DICE stat server.
