- @ragnarok013 From what I've read, the only way to link the accounts is to have a window pop up in Origin when activating a game from Steam, but I've never had that window pop up.
- @BaageI I did some research and you are correct a popup to link your account is supposed to appear. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars-jedi/star-wars-jedi-fallen-order/star-wars-jedi-fallen-order-get-started-pc/
Since the popup is not appearing I recommend speaking to EA Customer Support so they can manually link your Steam and Origin accounts. You can reach them here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us - @ragnarok013 I contacted EA support. They told me to find the CD key for the game in Steam. I told them I have no option for CD key, so they told me I should contact Steam support and ask them for the key. I checked it out and it turns out I do have the key, only it is "pre-applied" to the game when you buy it. So I went to Steam support and what do you know, they tell me to contact EA because "they can't give the best support for EA products".
- @BaageI When you spoke with EA Customer support did you ask them to link your Steam and Origin accounts as I stated?
- @ragnarok013 I asked about 3 different people to do that, but they just kept referring me to all the other stuff. Gonna ask again today though
