What is there to do if it is "currently not available" in the store and is not appearing in the My Games menu?

I've already downloaded Bad Company 2, which did show up in the My Games menu. So I am confused as to why Battlefield 3 did not come up as well?

Any ideas would be helpful, thanks

Says "currently not available" for me too. I own the DLC. Please fix. 🙂

Oddly enough, we can install all the add-on DLCs.

I tried but they can't seem to understand. It's just the worst.

Yes same problem. None of the suggestions were helpful in solving the issue.

BF3 was never available as a digital game purchase in the store so in order to install BF3 you need to have the Xbox 360 disc in your Xbox One and then the base game will install. After the base BF3 game installs and patches then you must return to "My Games and Apps" on the Xbox One dashboard and then click BF3 and select "Manage Game" from here you will be able to select all of your DLC to install to include your BF3 online Pass (required for playing online), Premium file (required for any expansions covered by premium), and all other purchased DLC such as shortcuts, the physical warfare patch, specact unlock etc.

After your DLC and online pass downloads you can now play BF3 just as you normally do on Xbox 360.

@Tr1gg3rnometry since this was your first post on the topic can you provide information on what exactly happens when you try to play? Have you gone through the steps above? Are you trying to play multiplayer or campaign etc?

    Hey @ClutchCartoon55,

did you try to perform the steps outlined by @ragnarok013?

    I'll sum that up again:

When installing BF3 on Xbox One insert the disc and the base game will install. After the base game installs and patches then you must return to "My Games and Apps" on the Xbox One dashboard and then click BF3 and select "Manage Game" from here you will be able to select all of your DLC to install to include your BF3 online Pass (required for playing online), Premium file (required for any expansions covered by premium), and all other purchased DLC such as shortcuts, the physical warfare patch, specact unlock etc.

After your DLC and online pass downloads you can now play BF3 just as you normally do on Xbox 360.

What exactly are you experiencing, do you get an error message at some point?

Try going to the xbox marketplace instead of the XB1 Store. This seems to be an alternative to the errors in not being able to purchase things from Store
