I saw a small number of folks affected by this error when they shouldn't be, are you still seeing this today?

If the issue persists, Live chat may be able to assist, if it's not going through after a reasonable length of time (3+ hours being more than reasonable) it might help to try reach out using another browser or another device, in case there's something blocking the connection locally.
