Thanks for your response. Would you mind detailing to whom I should write? Missing content? Report a bug? etc. The content, I don't know, is missing. I think the game glitched it because the second blue weapon that I got IS in my inventory. I just wanted to super rare skin (obviously) much more than the other. Thanks again!

You know, I've tried contacting them like you said and I do appreciate the support, which is something I like about EA. However, the only option that appears is the chat and no matter what browser I use, it doesn't connect with anyone. It just says Thanks for contacting them while they find an agent. 2 hours later, still no agent.... Is that normal?

We are aware of an intermittent issue that affected the opening of Battlepacks for some players. Rest assured, the items were added to your account, and will appear in your inventory the next time you open a Battlepack.

I have to agree. I've opened several since then too to no avail..
I had the same problem. I opened a Super rare battlepack skin and never received the content. It was a "Silver Victory" (Super Rare) Skin for the Light Tank. I contacted EA and was advised to post a bug report here. EA also informed me that they would notify the developer of my issue.

You all opened the inspect window of the skin that was on the top of the list. Which happend to be the rare skin for the light tank.
If you did get the skin the window would gave the 'add to inventory' or scrap this item for 270' options.
Its a small glitch mainly happening on the consoles as the button to open and inspect is the same and the window is being very unresponsive.

I can see why you might think that, but when you open up the list of the possible battlepacks, you don't go through the animation of slamming the battlepack down, opening it, seeing the legendary colour, getting an XP booster then having the system go black for a few minutes and repeating the process to get a blue skin.The skin is very rare. The first day the ultimate battlepack came out there were too many post already made stating this problem. Which is already very odd as these skins don't drop very often and at the same time you ask yourself: why only this rare skin and not the others.
So when looking at their screenshots/video I could easily see that they just opened the inspect window. If you really get this skin you have 2 options to add to inventory or to scrap. Inspect window only shows a close button.
Also when opening a battlepack the system already knows which skin you get before the animation plays. If you do get an error, opening the next battlepack will add the missing skin to your inventory.
- That is not what happened to me. I had the option to Add to Inventory or Scrap but the screen went black before I could choose and then right back into the game. This isn't my first rodeo and I know that there has been an error. I wasn't reading the Inspect Window, I wasn't given the option to choose to add it to my inventory. Hopefully all of us who had this happen will get a resolution quickly because it still hasn't been given.
