Thanks for your response. Would you mind detailing to whom I should write? Missing content? Report a bug? etc. The content, I don't know, is missing. I think the game glitched it because the second blue weapon that I got IS in my inventory. I just wanted to super rare skin (obviously) much more than the other. Thanks again!

Missing content would do. Just describe your situation the best possible way, like what did you get and now missing, and how it happened.

You know, I've tried contacting them like you said and I do appreciate the support, which is something I like about EA. However, the only option that appears is the chat and no matter what browser I use, it doesn't connect with anyone. It just says Thanks for contacting them while they find an agent. 2 hours later, still no agent.... Is that normal?

We are aware of an intermittent issue that affected the opening of Battlepacks for some players. Rest assured, the items were added to your account, and will appear in your inventory the next time you open a Battlepack.

I opened another battlepack after reading your message, the item still did not appear. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.
