I run dx11. dx12 has not been an issue.
i dont need to do a clean boot. i have a freshly installed windows and the issue existed previously to it and persists even after.

Hey, @Sgt_CHIKUN do you have programs such as MSI afterburner installed or anti-virus etc. This is one of the reasons to see if there is program messing with Battlefield 1 hens the question if you can do a clean boot.
Do you only get this issues while streaming?
FPS deteriorating over time is something new, not something I have seen in BF1. Have you overclocked anything of your hardware?

Hey @Sgt_CHIKUN Thanks for the brake down on what is happening!
So when its stuck in 15 FPS mode, how are temps and performance(usage), in other words how is the health of the PC?
This is a really odd issue. trying think on what you can do.

The argument that you don't need to try a clean boot because Windows is newly installed doesn't work for me. If you have installed other software than Origin and Battlefield besides Windows you still need to do it to rule out all other applications and services that might be running in the background.
Besides that, you should probably also make sure it's not a memory leak. If the leak is in sections like the non pages pool area the memory can't get released again until you reboot the computer. I personally use https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/rammap for that.
Didn't misunderstand on purpose, you just wrote it a bit confusing so I genuinely misunderstood. I'm also a bit confused as to what "You assume I didn't try by only having the issue showing thing installed" means.
If you tried the clean boot did you check for the memory leak? A screenshot of the memory when the issue is occurring might help.
I and many other people are having similar issues.
Please see my topic here:
It has become so frustrating I have decided to uninstall the game and not renew Origin.
This is a AAA, and expensive, title, EA is a multi million company, they are too busy with loot boxes then actually making their games perform.
Many people for months have asked to fix this, and DICE does drop patches, but until this issue is resolved I am done as a player with this game.

my first post:
"
I have done memtest, no ram issues.
I have done GPU stresstest, no heat nor issues with performance.
I have reinstalled windows 7 and thus made sure drivers are all up to date, it actually made the event happen sooner during gameplay.
I have ofcourse gone through all the google tips.
I have checked with my ISP if they are blocking anything.
I have tried opening TCP ports as suggested.
I have checked bottlenecking on my pc specs.
I have tried running the game on lowest graphics.
I have heat checked.
"
I have checked ram. i have checked temperatures. i have checked if it is other programs causing it. The questions you keep asking have already been answered.
Now I feel strongly that you are not the right person for this job, i thank you for your attempt to help and I wish you a great continuance.

Please do not use my thread for your personal hatred of EA and the game itself.
I'm not, but I'm pointing you to similar topics, and I've done a similar amount of testing.
It's the game, it has issues, yet we are told to look at a thousand and one things on our PC's.
They just need to fix the game. Period.
Just wanted to save you some time

your post contains 1 link. then 3 stories about your feelings with ea and dice.
agree to disagree.
also you have clearly not read my initial post as i have said i did go through similar posts before posting here.
You say that you have done memtest, which I presume is checking your memory using the software memtest or similar, but that doesn't test for memory leaks. Memory leaks are caused by software like applications, drivers and the OS.
So that's why I suggested checking for memory leaks as you did not mention it in your first post.
Anyways, hope you find out what is causing your issue.
What are you smoking?
The posts contains several links as well as debugging paths.
I did read most of your initial post.

Give me a break and just fix the game.
Hey, @WoollyMammoth10 Keep it on topic. If you want to talk about the issues you had or trying figure out what is going on with the issue on your topic that you started you are more then welcome to do so in your topic.

Hey @Sgt_CHIKUN When the FPS its the low end, shut BF1 off and then shut everything else off (not the pc only programs) and then restart everything do the same thing happens?
/Atic
@EA_Atic the answer to your question has already been answered in the initial post. Please read post 1 "My Process and issue path" and also post 6.
Hey @Sgt_CHIKUN I was thinking more then just shutting off just Origin, everything else that is running on your PC. 🙂
/Atic
@Sgt_CHIKUN Okay I just want to make sure there is nothing else running in the background. 🙂

(thank you for doing so, offtopic is never good)
I am suspecting Killer Networking to be causing it, have you any knowledge of it being responsible for such things? and if you do know, is there a way around it. @EA_Atic
@Sgt_CHIKUN easy thing is to shut if off and see if work with out it or are you using hardware version of it?
/Atic
@EA_Aticit is the driver for being able to connect to the internet. With it comes the program Killer Control Center. As of what I have understood, it portions out the internet speed that I have to the programs using it. So theoretically it might be considering BF1 a less of a priority than OBS thus strangling BF1 causing me to have low fps >ingame< but fluent fps on OBS-to-Twitch data.
Will I be able to function without Killer Networking Center?
Can I even delete Killer Networking Center without losing Killer Networking driver, which is required to have to connect to the internet at all?
I do not assume you know of these questions within your line of work, but as a pc-happy person you might.
Tonight i will attempt to stream by forcing KNC to have both on high priority.
Then I will attempt to uninstall KNC after having downloaded the program in case it removes my internet access.
I will update you on the results after that, i hope you will still be around for it.
Hey @Sgt_CHIKUN
This would be perfect example to do a clean boot just to make sure there are no other programs messing with BF1. 🙂 When it comes to specific questions to Killer Networking Center You will have to ask there support for how it works, its out outside experience.
