-Origin overlay is always disabled on my end.
-DirectX 11 is what I always run.
-Frame rate cap is set to 200fps
I also opened task manager to make sure nothing else is eating away at my performance.
I will screencap MSI afterburner chart tonight when I play again on a map where I have no issues.
I should mention that I did not have these issues until recently. I normally get an average of about 155fps.Have you tried narrowing down the Frame Rate Limiter to 120, instead of 200?
Maybe that might help with this issue.
Give that a try, and see how it works while you're playing.
Hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂- I will give it a go. Normally I have it set to monitor's refresh rate (165Hz), I upped it to 200 to see if it changed anything.

Please disable Afterburner to see if the issue is mitigated or disappears.
I'm not sure how to properly measure my performance without it. I know BF1 has a frame rate counter, but those aren't so great at seeing temporary drops. Besides, it has never given me an issue in the past. The screenshot is from tonight, it was on Fort De Vaux.
The 200fps and drop in usage is from alt-tabbing out. The few dips in usage is during the spawn screen. You can see that GPU usage is much more stable.
I also found some footage recorded on Oct 22nd 2017 (same specs as then), 32v32 Operations on Fao Fortress. My GPU usage isn't constantly at 99% like I thought, but it does have significantly better performance than what I am getting now.
I have a few Windows related issues so I'm going to do a full format of my boot drive (which is also where BF1 is installed), then I'm going to do a fresh download instead of a backup. See if that changes anything.

Hello @AOD_MGsubbie did the reformat of the drive and windows work for you or do you still have the issue?
/Atic The situation has improved, my average fps has increased. I do still get a lot more stuttering than before. I will try a few more things like lowering my CPU overclock.

My CPU was overclocked to 5Ghz, I have now lowered it to 4.7Ghz. My GPU is not overclocked. However, I think I figured out the real cause of the issue : I got custom cablemod cables. I unplugged them and reconnected my PSU's stock cables. As soon as I did that, my frame time spikes became much more reasonable and my average FPS increased. I'm going to do some more testing to make sure.
