    Yes @RedFoxxie. Exactly like that case. Shows that i have premium, can press sign in to the TSAR servers but throws me out saying exactly the same as placeholder1369. I don't know how to re-install the premium pass, I bought a download code and installed it via web browser on the microsoft website. I've tried everything with the xbox, troubleshooting etc. Don't know what to do, I'm frustrated.

    @seanviv Hey, make sure you try the steps in the linked help article first. If they aren't working, can you try going to the storepage for the Premium Pass then try downloading from there again.

    Hi David, I've tried uninstalling even the base game and reinstalling but to no avail. I've powercycled the xbox many times, deleted cloud storage, removed my account and signed in again but to no avail. I just tried to input the code again through the store, it says token not supported. Is it because my xbox was bought in Asia?

    @seanviv For Xbox users regional restrictions shouldn't be a factor, but it's possible. 

    I think the best way forward is to reach out to Xbox support. They can investigate and discover if there are any issues/conflicts with your owned content.

    Hi David, I did get in contact with xbox support, they told me the troubleshooting steps, during this time after removing my gamertag account and signing in again (which my email wouldn't work, had to setup a new one), he just got blunt and said to contact the developer of the game (Dice/EA) and see if they could help. I've contacted both now, and can't get a refund too. So I've just wasted my money.

    @seanviv  Unfortunately I fear that we may need to bounce you back to them, from what I can see your game ownership isn't showing up properly on our end. 

    I'd be interested if you can create a 2nd account on your Xbox and use that to play the Premium content via game sharing? Also, is your copy of the base BF1 game a disc or digital version?

    @EA_David Yeah my game is the disc version, i think thats what xbox said, that the game wasn't showing up, that I didn't have the base game or something.  Apologies for uploading the photo here, couldn't upload otherwise.

    This issue is usually caused by the Premium Pas not being downloaded and installed. The Premium Pass is a separate download that has to be downloaded and installed. Try searching for Battlefield 1 Premium Pass in the Xbox One Marketplace. A download button should be available. 

    You could also try downloading the Premium Pass via the website.

    @seanviv No worries, it happens. Turn on your Xbox One and click on the "Install on Xbox One" button on that website.

    @seanviv Then you can try finding the Premium Pass on the Xbox Marketplace on your Xbox One and download it through there.

    @EA_Jason Its not on the marketplace, I appreciate your help. I have a chinese xbox, and many games are not on the marketplace.
