Re: Can't access game menu after launching BF5

Hey @Devastaytor012. It looks like you've already gone through some of the most common troubleshooting steps when you run into crashes like this. Can we try launching your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes a difference? Once the PC starts back up try launching BFV and see if it's able to get into the menu without crashing.
