GIVE ME MY 2000 BFCoins

I did weekly awards, and it says that it was added to my account, but it wasnt 2x 1000. When reward was only 100 it has been added. EA chat support cant help me with that. Well very sad!!!

    Hi lumpasina​,

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the reward in the screenshots is 1000 Company Coin, not Battlefield Currency (it rotates between 100 Battlefield Currency and 1000 Company Coin). This is a somewhat old issue where the wrong background image is being shown and can cause confusion with currency amounts. The text in your screenshots that states that the reward is Company Coin is correct. This is why EA Help cannot provide the Battlefield Currency, as there isn't any missing. If you did get 100 Battlefield Currency then it would have been the reward from a different week.

    Hey there lumpasina​ 


    Just so I understand correctly are you missing BFCoins or Company Coins as these are two seperate currencies which are very different. 

    I ask because the screenshots you gave us show Company Coin but your thread title says BFCoins

    Im really sorry, Im frustrated, because cosmetics is one of the main part of the game for me. I also bought Company Coins a lot by myself, so if the game offers me to get some by completing the missions in the game It was really amazing until I found out I dont recieve the rewards

    Hello lumpasina​,

    Personally, I'm surprised. Just a few years ago, EA Support helped me two or three times by granting missing Coins.
    It’s possible they’ve changed their policy on issuing missing Coins, or maybe you weren’t able to provide enough proof that the Coins were actually missing. You should also keep in mind that there are two different currencies in Battlefield V.

    As a closing remark, keep in mind that only EA Support can handle this kind of issue. No one else, especially not users on this forum, can help you with it.

    If I were you, I’d open one more support case and see how they respond.

    Omg. Please take my apologies if I was rude. Yes you are right, I confused because I look only on right small Icon and the background, which is incorrect. Thank you so much!

    No need to apologise - it catches people out all the time. It's a pretty annoying bug.
