Battlefield V Game Server Connection Problems

I am having a very frustrating problem playing Battlefield V in that I am unable to connect to the Asian servers with the DICE logo. This was very frustrating for me because I had been able to join and play these servers before.
For this reason, I tried many solutions.
1. I checked my computer's network settings and reset my Windows system;
2. uninstalled and reinstalled the game, thinking that maybe the game files were corrupted;
3. replaced the router and even switched to a new ISP.
Surprisingly, none of these methods worked. I even went as far as getting a new computer to completely fix the problem, but the problem persisted.
I contacted EAHELP and they said everything is fine with my account. Now I'm really confused and don't know what else to do. I want to enjoy the game on the server like I used to.
I really hope I can find a solution soon. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this problem!
