Generally a crash points to a system issue or conflict so let's go ahead and grab a DxDiag so that we can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

It's also worth repairing the game which you can do by opening your My Game Library and right-clicking on the game tile and selecting repair. This will then check your install files for any issues and fix any it finds.
